Do you know which changes 2024 brings when it comes to Dutch fiscal and tax plans? Several tax-related changes came into force as of the 1st of January 2024 for individual income taxes as well as corporate income taxes and other areas.

The Czech-Slovak Dutch Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Taxperience has the pleasure of inviting you to an online Tax seminar offering you and your company insight into these tax changes which you should know about.

 

We will focus on the following topics:

  1. Update on the current Dutch personal income tax rates
  2. Update on proposal for new box 3 taxation regime
  3. Update on 30% ruling and partial non-resident taxpayer regime, including results from the Taxperience Lower Court case (Court decision has been postponed to March 8, 2024)
  4. Short update on a selection of international corporate tax developments:
    – Substance requirements and status of ATAD III
    – Dutch Foreign Entity Classification Rules
    – EU Tax Proposals
