On 1 July 2021, the Czech-Slovak Dutch Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) hosted its first Summer Get Together Again event for its members in a beach club in Scheveningen, the Netherlands.
The same time, the same place, just a year later. After a year of no physical events organized due to the COVID-19 related measures, the CDCC had finally an opportunity to host an informal ‘get together’ event for its members in a relaxing summer atmosphere on the Dutch coast.
“When we hosted our summer drinks in July 2020, I had no idea that we would not be able to physically meet with our members for the next twelve months. Now, precisely a year later, here we are again. It was extremely refreshing and inspiring to get together again, hearing stories of our members and knowing that in these challenging times for many of us they all were doing well both in terms of their health and business-wise,” said Katerina Veliskova, Executive Director CDCC.
